Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, using the Operlyn platform, or receiving messages sent through our systems, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services

Pacific Media Marketing LLC operates Operlyn, a missed-call SMS automation platform for service contractors. Operlyn detects missed inbound calls to a contractor's business phone number and sends an automated text response to the caller, enabling two-way conversation and follow-up.

SMS Messaging Program

• Program name: Operlyn Missed Call Response
• Message types: missed-call follow-ups, two-way customer support, review requests
• Message frequency: up to 3 messages per missed call event
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply
• Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel. Text HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Permitted Use

Contractors may use the platform solely to respond to missed calls placed by their own customers and to conduct related service conversations. All use must comply with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier policies.

Prohibited Use

• No spam or unsolicited messaging
• No cold outreach to individuals who have not contacted the business
• No purchased, rented, scraped, or shared contact lists
• No unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harassing content
• No attempt to evade carrier filtering or registration requirements

Opt-Out

Any recipient may reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are effective immediately and permanently, and the number is added to our suppression list across the relevant messaging program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Media Marketing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the services. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
