Pacific Media Marketing LLC is a United States–based AI business systems company. We design and operate automation software for service businesses, including Operlyn, our missed-call SMS response platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our website, our services, and the Operlyn platform.

Information We Collect

• Phone numbers of individuals who place inbound calls to business numbers managed on our platform
• Call timestamps, call duration, and missed-call events
• SMS message content, delivery status, and reply history
• Browser and device information for website visitors, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
• Business account information provided by contractors who use our platform

How We Use Information

• To deliver automated SMS responses to individuals who placed an inbound call to a contractor's business number
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Operlyn software service for contractors
• To maintain compliance records, including consent, opt-out, and message delivery logs
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To secure our systems and comply with legal and carrier obligations

SMS Messaging

We send SMS messages only to individuals who have placed an inbound phone call to a contractor's business phone number managed on our platform. The act of calling is treated as implied consent to receive a follow-up text message about that inquiry. Consent to receive messages is not required to receive services. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Data is shared only with:

• Telnyx — our SMS carrier and messaging delivery provider
• Supabase — our database and application infrastructure provider
• Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety

Data Retention

Call records and message records are retained for 24 months for compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. Opt-out and suppression records may be retained longer as required to honor opt-out requests. After the retention period, data is deleted or de-identified.

Your Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pacificmediamarketing.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
